Well… I’m not gonna lie. I gained 20lbs during the pandemic. I was afraid to step on the scale but I did and I felt so sad. I looked at myself in the mirror and hated what I saw. With things opening back up and the possibility of being in social settings my anxiety began to peak out. Ugh! Do you feel me? With that being said I took the necessary steps to get back to a healthier lifestyle. One of the things that helped me was going outside. I took my dog to the lake and it was the absolute best. I remembered why I like the outdoors. Since the pandemic it has been extremely difficult to stay motivated in any aspect of my life but I believe that I can be my biggest cheerleader. How are you all doing?
Side note – I will try posting regularly again.
