If I am being honest… Last week was tough for me. I was not motivated to eat healthy meals. Even though I didn’t eat out I did not cook the healthiest meals. I still managed to lose half a pound but I know that I could have done better. I also had 2 days where I didn’t exercise. I had to reel myself back in this week. I tried to not be hard on myself and owned that half pound loss. A victory is a victory. Overall I’ve lost 13 lbs. I have 7 more to lose to get to pre-pandemic weight. Of course I need to continue to lose after that because of some health issues I have. If you have any tips please let me know!
Let me change the subject real quick. I have been working hard on my friends YouTube channel and I am so excited. I don’t know if you guys have ever felt like something you are doing is about to take a turn for the better. My friends channel is really good, she’s a star and I know that her channel will continue to grow. It just feels like I am about to be a part of something big. I will keep you posted.
